The services we provide range from basic computer and/or network installations, troubleshooting and repair, to designing, implementing and maintaining complex server and network infrastructures.

Our value comes from being well organized, established and in business since 1997. Our technical personnel are carefully selected and are required to have 8+ years of experience. SIC CONSULTING, INC. is a Microsoft Certified Partner who staffs Microsoft Certified System Engineers and other industry recognized Professionals (MCSE, MCP, MCSA, MCNE, CCNP, CCSA, etc.)

Our team of technicians are all active daily in very dynamic network/server/PC environments of many companies . Their issues, problems and complexities offer us great advantages by combining all daily experiences on installations, troubleshooting and system maintenance into a powerful information pool to more effectively serve the next customer with a similar problem.

We strongly encourage our technicians to pull-back from problems and “brain storm” with other technicians and resources we have acquired to serve every customer that much better. In addition we partner strategically with many major industry leaders and product vendors i.e. Microsoft, McAfee, Veritas, Linksys/Cisco, Sony, AOC, 3COM, etc. so that we have valuable and time-saving resources available at our fingertips to help every customer need as efficiently and effectively as possible.

To keep track of all issues of every customer effectively we have implemented a CASE management system (CRM) that tracks all support instances so that a history can be viewed by any technician that is available. Imagine you have a service request or problem submitted by way of either a phone call, web request or email; a Case/Issue is opened, you are notified of our receipt of your request via email; emails that are used to communicate with you are also tracked and stored, the Case/Issue is resolved (Phone, Remote, Service Call); you receive another notification of the now closed Case/ Issue; a detailed log is written by the technician and a history of the Case/Issue is in the system. Through the use of CRM we are not only able to monitor and store the work performed for each customer, but it provides us an even more important Quality Control Mechanism to check/confirm on how a Case/Issue was resolved from a quality control perspective and we are able to make adjustments to procedures whenever necessary.

We have an emergency support system and backup procedures that give our customers alternate options to contact us for mission critical issues even when no-one is available at the office or other communication means fail or become unavailable.

This critical and carefully balanced combination of internal and external resources all contribute to SIC CONSULTING, INC. getting the job done in a time and cost-sensitive manner.
