Central Services Technician

Provides remote-only proactive support services to maintain the integrity of all PC’s and servers. The tasks of the Central Services Technician includes, but is not limited to, maintaining all tools such as virus, spyware, spam, backup, patch management, and remote access tools used by all technicians, etc., and confirming all are in working order. This position is also responsible for monitoring and setting in motion corrective action through an escalation process.

The best candidate for this position is typically someone in the earlier stages of acquiring technical skills, but has taken the initiative to take on some formal training. This individual would also have a solid understanding on how computers work, is able to install virus protection and has the ability to comprehend and troubleshoot technical problems. He or she should also have a solid basic knowledge of all commonly used operating systems.

• Documents work in detail in our CRM based ticketing system
